Our Stress Free Estate Planning Process- In Four Steps

We understand that estate planning can be overwhelming. We work to make it as smooth as possible for you and for your successors in the future.

Step 1: Set up a virtual appointment with us over email or by calling our office. We will then send you a form to fill out with preliminary information that will be needed for the estate planning (i.e. Full names, birthdates, and other identifying information). Please fill out the form before the first meeting.

Step 2: During our virtual meeting, we will spend an hour talking about what a trust will do and answering any estate questions you have. We will also talk about your estate and wishes so we can better tailor the trust to your unique needs. After the meeting, we will prepare a draft of the documents for the trust.

Step 3: Once the draft is ready, we will email it to you to read and make note of any adjustments you want. Once you have reviewed it, make a second digital appointment with us to go over those changes. Once you are satisfied with the results, you are good to go!
